Founder
With a background as a licensed real estate agent and a natural eye for detail, Chelsea brings a rare blend of industry knowledge, systems expertise, and creative flair to Casa of Admin. After stepping away from sales to start her family, she was organically invited into the admin side of real estate - a role that instantly felt like home.
Chelsea’s deep understanding of the transaction process, combined with her love for design, strategy, and storytelling, makes her the go-to support for agents who want more time, better branding, and smoother operations. She’s passionate about transforming chaos into calm, and believes that great admin work is more than just organization - it’s the engine behind your growth.
Mae
Casa Coordinator
Mae is a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing and a minor in PR, and she recently completed a graduate certificate in Social Media Marketing.
A former college basketball player, Mae brings the same energy, competitiveness, and teamwork she loved on the court to her professional work. She has experience in real estate and social media internships, and her passion for small businesses and real estate drives everything she does.
At Casa of Admin, Mae combines her marketing skills, business knowledge, and love for helping others to support real estate agents and small business owners. When she isn’t working, you’ll likely find her exploring a local coffee shop, catching up with friends over dinner, or traveling to see family. Mae is a dreamer, a doer, and always ready to collaborate!
Alannah
Casa Coordinator
Alannah brings over a decade of administrative expertise to the real estate world, blending precision, calm, and a genuine love for the paperwork most agents avoid.
With a background rooted in client care and workflow efficiency, she supports agents with the kind of organization and follow-through that keeps deals moving and relationships thriving.
As a mom to a busy toddler, multitasking is second nature. That same steady, high-capacity energy shows up in every file she touches. Outside of supporting our clients, you’ll find her soaking up time with her little one or recharging with a latte in hand.
